So... Houston we have a problem:

I went to start a part today and as the table was homing I heard a clank, and upon investigation I found this little metal rectangle down resting against the bottom of the z-screw, which I removed from the chamber and immediately started trying to figure out where it actually belonged.

I quickly discovered that I think it has something to do with the spring-loaded table locking mechanism, because the very next thing that happened was on a homing move the table traveled to the bottom and then couldn't seem to get all the way to the end of travel, jammed up against the retraction bar, and the z-motor skipping steps violently without releasing the table.

Has anyone had a similar issue, or know what this is about, and can help me fix it? Thanks!
